All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. 24 hour notice must be given in order to reschedule & transfer deposit and this will only be allowed once. The deposit for “Ombre Powder brow” and “OPB Touch up” services are transferable to a future date if 72 hour notice is given. NO CALL NO SHOW- deposits are forfeited and no future appointments. LATE POLICY: There is a 15 minute grace period but after 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and you will not receive a refund. You may reschedule a new appointment but a new deposit is required. I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE.
